Returning Referee:

1. Click here to launch eAYSO.
2. Login with your email address and password.
3. On the right hand side select the option: “Apply as a returning volunteer” and follow the outlined procedures.
4. Once you are finished completing the Volunteer Application, go back to the Home page (click Home in the upper right corner).
5. On the right hand side, under “Adults wanting to volunteer”, click on “View certification”.
6. Click on the blue link under Certification.
7. Click on the Referee tab to make sure you have “Z-Online Regional Referee without Safe Haven”.
8. Click on the Safe Haven tab to make sure you have Safe Haven and Concussion.
9. If you have all three certifications, you are finished.  
10. If you are missing any, please follow the instructions below “Training:“ & complete ONLY the certification(s) you are missing.

New Referee:

1. Click here to launch eAYSO.
2. Select the option that reads: “I am new to AYSO and want to volunteer”.
3. Follow the various steps to set up an AYSO login and account.
4. Once you completed the eAYSO set up, login to eAYSO using your email address and password.
5. On the right hand side select the option:  “Apply as a new adult volunteer” and follow the outlined application procedure.  The system will tell you to print two (2) copies of your Application.  You do NOT need to print anything.

* NOTE:  You will receive an email with an AYSO ID Number.  You will need this number to complete your training below.

Training:

1. Click here to launch AYSO Training.
2. Login using your AYSO ID Number & Last Name.
3. Click on the “Courses” tab.
4. You will need to take the following three trainings in the order below.
   1. Course MT02 – AYSO’s Safe Haven (60-70 minute course)
   2. AYSO CDC Concussion Awareness (45-60 minute course)
   3. Course R002 – Basic Referee Online Training (60-100 minute course)
